Applications | Protocol: Activity assay 1. Prepare 100 ul of recombinant BLMH protein with various concentrations (0.06 ug, 0.03 ug) in assay buffer and equilibrate to 37°C for 30 minutes. (Assay buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl, 5 mM EDTA, 10 mM DTT, pH 7.5) 2. Add 50 ul of 2mM Met-AMC. 3.
