  Determined by the stimulation of IFN-g production by murine spenocytes co-stimulated with IL-12. The expected ED50 for this effect is 0.1 ng/ml.
  For most in vitro applications, IL-12 exerts its biological activity in the concentration range of 1.0 to 10.0 ng/ml.
• Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng per µg of IL-12
• Reconstitution: The lyophilized Murine IL-12 is soluble in most aqueous buffers. Restore in 1 x PBS pH 6.3-6.5 to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml. This solution can be stored at -20°C for future use.

• Protein Description: Murine IL-12 is a disulfide linked heterodimeric protein with a molecular weight of 70 kDa comprised of disulfide-bonded 35 kDa (p35) and 40kDa (p40) subunits.

  After reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month
