Leukemia

Leukemias are a group of hematologic disorders characterized by the dysfunctional proliferation and development of leukocytes. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) are the 4 major subtypes of leukemia.

CD Markers in Leukemia

The CD (cluster of differentiation) markers are frequently used in differential diagnosis of leukemia. Detection of changes in CD marker expression in leukemia is critical for understand the primary mechanisms initiating these changes.

OriGene offers a range of tools to analyze CD markers including cDNA clones, antibodies, overexpression cell lysates and more. Click the buttons below for details.

Leukemia Stems cells in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Leukemia stem cells (LSCs)play a critical role in the initiation, progression and treatment resistance in AML. Developing markers for LSCs and understanding the molecular mechanisms of LSCs is critical for developing better targeting strategies.

OriGene offers a range of tools to analyze CD markers including cDNA clones, antibodies, overexpression cell lysates and more. Click the buttons below for details.
