Figure 2. Human GPR37 cDNA gene was cloned into a mammalian Tet-On inducible vector (PS100133). HEK293T cells were transfected with a PS100133-GPR37 construct (0.5 ?g DNA/well of a 12-well plate). Single stable HEK293T colonies were established after 4 weeks of hygromycin drug selection at 200 ?g/mL and then treated with or without Dox at 5 ?g/mL for 3 days. High GFP expression was observed by the treatment of Dox for 3 days.
