If the antibody you purchased does not perform in your experiment as described on our website or datasheet, please contact our technical support team or your purchase agency within 12 months of product receipt. Our technical experts will evaluate your situation, and if it?s determined there is a performance issue, we will replace the antibody at no cost to you, or provide a refund.

Terms and Conditions

This guarantee only applies to catalog or off the shelf orders of stand-alone antibodies. Non-catalog orders including custom or bulk orders are excluded from this performance guarantee. Experimental results must be submitted within 12 months of the date of purchase. Refunds and replacements contingent to claim review by technical service team. Credit covers the cost of antibody. Product replacements depend on product availability. In rare cases, product availability may limit replacement. Where possible, an alternate product will be offered.
