The OriGene AAV qPCR fast Titer Kit is a specific, sensitive and accurate method to quantitate AAV titers through the measurement of AAV genome copies using SYBR green I chimeric fluorescence technology. The protocol includes an optional DNase digestion step and a short lysis step in preparation for PCR amplification. The kit is compatible with most qPCR instruments providing a convenient method to quantitate AAV in less than 2 hours.
