DNA Ladders

OriGene's 100bp and 1kb DNA ladders are ready-to-use DNA ladders which are premised with loading dyes for direct gel loading. The 1kb DNA ladder consists of the following 9 DNA fragments: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 80000, and 10000bp, derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. The 100bp DNA ladder consists of the following 11 DNA fragments: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, and 1500 bp. The 500 and 5000 bp fragments are present at increased intensity for easy identification (concentration for 150ng/5ul) while all other fragments will appear with equal intensity (concentration of 50ng/5ul).
