NLRP3 antibody staining of Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded Human Peripheral Blood Leukocytes at 2.5 ug/ml using Biotinylated anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody, Alkaline Phosphatase-Streptavidin and chromogen.

• 

  Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U937 cells permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4ug/ml), showiug cytoplasmic stainiug. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4ug/ml).

  Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human peripheral blood monocytes (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml).IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
