Recommended Dilution | Immunoprecipitation. Can be used to sensitize cells in hemolytic complement assays and for lymphocytic screening procedures. Antibody titre: Hemolytic titre at which 50% lysis occurs following mixing of equal volumes of antiserum, Guinea Pig complement (at a dilution of 1/60) and 108 RBC/ml not less than 1/3,000 when tested with Sheep Erythrocytes. |
