• Recommended Dilution: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human MCP-4 (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.8-1.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required.
  ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant human MCP-4 when used with Biotin anti-human MCP-4 antibody (cat. AP01117BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.
  Western Blot: To detect Human MCP-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMCP-4 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
