Applications ELISA, FN, WB
Recommended Dilution Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hFGF-10 (1.5 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.02-0.035 µg/ml of this antibody is required.
Indirect ELISA: To detect hFGF-10 by indirect ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hFGF-10.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect hFGF-10 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-Human FGF-10 (PP1119B1 or PP1119B2) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hFGF-10.
Western Blot: To detect hFGF-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hFGF-10 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Immunohistochemistry on frozen or paraffin sections: This antibody should be used at 0.5-2.0 µg/ml depending on dection system.

Background FGF10 is a heparin binding growth factor that stimulates the proliferation and activation of cells that express FGF receptors. FGF10 is mostly related to FGF-7/KGF and is expressed during development and preferentially in adult lungs.
Synonyms Fibroblast growth factor 10, FGF-10, Keratinocyte growth factor 2, KGF2
