Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and anti-Avidin.
No reaction was observed against Streptavidin.
Formulation 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.14 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
