Flow-cytometry using anti-GITR antibody YGITR765 (Ab00631) Mouse activated T cells were stained with an isotype control (Ab00102-23.0, Orange) or the rabbit-chimeric version of YGITR765 (TA386033) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT without (Blue) and with (Grey) stimulation of the lymphocytes with immobilized anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (ab150073) and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
