OTI Disclaimer | Our molecular clone sequence data has been matched to the reference identifier above as a point of reference. Note that the complete sequence of our molecular clones may differ from the sequence published for this corresponding reference, e.g., by representing an alternative RNA splicing form or single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). |
OTI Annotation | This clone expresses the complete ORF with c-terminal tags of Myc-DDK. |

Gene Summary | Pre-mRNA splicing occurs in two sequential transesterification steps. The protein encoded by this gene is a splicing factor that has been found to be essential during the second catalytic step in the pre-mRNA splicing process. It associates with the spliceosome and contains a zinc knuckle motif that is found in other splicing factors and is involved in protein-nucleic acid and protein-protein interactions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] Transcript Variant: This variant (1) is the longer transcript. Variants 1 and 2 encode the same protein. |
