Transcript Variant: This variant (1) represents use of an alternate promoter and 5' UTR, uses a downstream start codon, and includes an alternate in-frame exon in the 5' coding region, compared to variant 3. The resulting isoform (a) has a shorter N-terminus and includes an additional segment near the N-terminus, compared to isoform c.
