Close the tube and incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature. 4. Briefly vortex the tube and then do a quick spin (less than 5000xg) to concentrate the liquid at the bottom. 5. Store the suspended plasmid at -20°C. The DNA is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -20°C. |

Activation of this complex requires removal of the encoded binding protein. This protein also may play a structural role in the extracellular matrix. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.[provided by RefSeq, Jan 2010]' Transcript Variant: This variant (3) uses an alternate splice site, uses a downstream start codon, and lacks an alternate in-frame exon in the 3' coding region, compared to variant 1. The resulting isoform (3) has a shorter N-terminus and lacks an internal segment near the C-terminus, compared to isoform 1. |
