  1 vial of 250ul 2xSDS Sample Buffer (4% SDS, 125mM Tris-HCl pH6.8, 10% Glycerol, 0.002% Bromphenol blue, 100mM DTT)
• Storage: Shipped on dry ice. Store the lysate at -80°C and avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
  The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80°C. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20°C for long term storage.
