Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-Streptavidin. No reaction was observed against anti-Avidin.

Buffer System: 50 mM Tris Chloride, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, 1 mM Magnesium Chloride, 0.1 mM Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0
