Label: Beta-Galactosidase (E. coli, MW 540,000 daltons) |
Preparation | Liquid (sterile filtered) purified Ig fraction. |
Applications | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other beta galactosidase-avidin/biotin based enzymatic assays. This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of biotinylated IgG in a standard capture ELISA using OPNG as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/8000-1/32000. Western Blot: 1/500-1/2500. Immunohistochemistry: 1/200-1/1000. |
Note | Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti- beta galactosidase (E.coli) and anti-Streptavidin. No reaction was observed against anti-Avidin. |
Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! This product is stable at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing beta galactosidase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. |
