Applications | Suitable for use in Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immuno-microscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rat IgG, anti-Rat IgG F(c) and anti-Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 or anti-Papain. |

Storage | Store (undiluted) at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. |
Stability | Shelf life: one year from despatch. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Dilute only prior to immediate use. |
