Processing of pre-miR-130b by recombinant Dicer and AGO2 proteins in vitro. Twenty pmol of pre-miR-130b was incubated with 2 U of Dicer or 200 ng of Ago2 (OriGene TP328592) for four hours. The processed products were detected using Northern blotting with a biotin-labeled anti-miR-130b probe.
