| Specificity | The antibody reacts with low density lipoproteins of Human plasma. It is specific for fragment T3, the middle thrombolytic peptide of Human Apo-B. No cross reactions with other Human plasma proteins were detected. The antibody can be used for LDL depletion of Human plasma, in combination with other antibodies for detection of LDL in plasma and for the specific detection of Apo-B. The antibody is also useful for detection of Apo-B in tissue sections. |
