Recommended Dilution | Cytotoxic Assays. Test Type For Hemmagglutination: Test Cell Suspension: 100 µl of washed 2% Red Blood Cells in saline. Antiserum: 100 µl, heat inactivated and diluted in 1/100 dilution of normal rabbit sera. Incubation: 37°C for 20 min. in U-bottom microtiter plates, 20°C for 2 to 4 hours for cell settling pattern. Titer: Highest dilution that yields Agglutination. Results: 1/1000. |
