State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction
Reconstitution Method Restore with 0.5 ml distilled water (stock solution contains 0.4 mg/ml IgG)
Concentration 0.4 mg/ml (after reconstitution)
Purification Affinity Chromatography
Storage Store lyophilized at 2-8°C for 6 months or at -20°C long term.
After reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month
or (in aliquots) at -20°C long term.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Stability Shelf life: one year from despatch.
Background CD32 is a receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. This is a low affinity receptor. It is Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B cells. Binding to this receptor results in downmodulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B cells (BCR), T cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor.
Synonyms Fc-gamma RII-a, Fc-gamma-RIIa, CDw32, FCGR2A, FCG2, FCGR2A1, IGFR2
