HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CD5 (RC206494, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CD5. Positive lysates LY415443 (100ug) and LC415443 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

• 

  Living HEK293T cells transfected with either RC206494 overexpress plasmid (Red), compared to an IgG isotype control, (Green) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-CD5 antibody (TA802408), and then analyzed by flow cytometry (1:100).

• 

  Flow cytometric analysis of living 50ng/ml IL2-stimulated Jurkat cells, using anti-CD5 antibody (TA802408), (red), compared to an IgG isotype control, (green), and negative control (PBS), (blue) (1:100).

• 

  Flow cytometric analysis of living CCRF-CEM cells, using anti-CD5 antibody (TA802408), (red), compared to an IgG isotype control, (green), and negative control (PBS), (blue) (1:100).
