  In Western blot experiments using a crude synaptic vesicle fraction of Rat brain, the 70 kDa of anti-VMaT2 is recognized (Recommended Dilution: 1/500).
  Absorption with 10-100 µg immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining.
