Nocodazole is a microtubule poymerization inhibitor which induces cells to halt at G2/M phase and induces Aurora A expression. The Aurora A monoclonal binds strongly and cleanly to a band at about 46 kDa. Right: Blot of recombinant human Aurora A, B and C was probed with Aurora A. [MO22137] recognized only Aurora A protein.
