Western blot analysis of lysate from U-87 MG cell line, using TYRO3 Antibody (Cat. #TA302134). TA302134 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.

  Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with TYRO3 antibody (Cat.#TA302134), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

• Background: Tyrosine kinase 3,mainly expressed in brain,is involved in the protection of neurons from apoptosis. Protein kinases are enzymes that transfer a phosphate group from a phosphate donor, generally the g phosphate of ATP, onto an acceptor amino acid in a substrate protein.
