Western blot analysis of lysate from MCF-7, A431 cell line, using CALCR Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #TA324814) with (+) or without (-) peptides. TA324814 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.

  Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of CALCR Antibody (C-term) (Cat#TA324814) with MCF-7 cell followed by Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

  CALCR Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #TA324814) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
