• Background: CEACAM is a member of the carcinoembryonic antigen family (a diagnostic marker for many cancers). Clone By114 reacts with a phosphatidylinositol (PI) linked protein with a molecular mass of 90 kD on granulocyte and squamous epithelium. This antibody is useful in differentiating normal cells from neoplastic cells of granulocyte origin. CD66CE is useful in differentiating normal cells from neoplastic cells of granulocyte origin. By114 may be used to study Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH).
