Immunoprecipitation reactions were performed overnight at 4? with 2 mg of whole cell extract and 2ug of either anti-SETX-OY11 IgG or purified pre-immune serum. Immune complexes were subsequentily incubated with protein A/G-agarose beads for 90 min at 4? and were washed four times with lysis buffer. Immunoprecipitates were boiled in SDS-PAGE loading buffer and analysed by western blotting. Blots were probed with anti-SETX-OY11 antibody.
