IHC: Human anaplastic lymphoma tissue stained with Anti-ALK/p80 antibody, at 1:50 for 10 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue requires deparaffinizing by xylene or xylene alternative and graded alcohols. Heatinduced antigen retrieval is required by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
