WB: 5 mg of the whole cell lysate derived from conditioned LNCaP were immunoprecipitated by 4 ug of Rabbit anti-AR (pSer210) (lane 1) or pre adsorbed by immunization peptide (lane 2) followed by rabbit anti-AR (NT) at 1:500.

• 

  IHC: Human prostate Ca tissue stained with Anti-AR antibody, at 1:100 for 10 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissue requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
