Background | Endothelin-3 (ET-3) is a member of a family of potent vasoconstrictors namely Endothelin and Sarafotoxin. It is formed by 21 amino acids and it is known as a less potent vasoconstrictor than ET-1. The two isoforms vary by 6 amino acids in sequence homology. This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with Endothelin-3 coupled to a carrier protein. |
