Upon reconstitution to 50ml total volume, the solution contains 0.1M sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4), 0.05M NaCl, 0.1% BSA, 0.01% NaN3, and 0.1% Triton X-100. Store at 4°C. This should ensure antibody stability for approximately one month.

• Background: Gastrin-releasing peptide is a 27-amino acid peptide isolated from the gut. It stimulates the release of Gastrin and shares a common C-terminal decapeptide homology with bombesin. Gastrin-releasing peptide is known to be an important growth-modulating factor in developing lung epithelium. It is used as a tumor marker in the diagnosis of small-cell lung carcinoma. This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with Gastrin-releasing peptide coupled to a carrier protein.
