Background | Calcitonin N-Terminal Flanking Peptide has been shown to stimulate proliferation of normal and neoplastic human osteoblasts at nanomolar concentrations. It has been demonstrated that intracerebroventricular administration of Calcitonin N-Terminal Flanking Peptide significantly decreased food intake and body weight gain for at least 48 h in conscious, freely moving, and unstressed rats fed ad libitum. This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with Calcitonin N-Terminal Flanking Peptide coupled to a carrier protein. |
