Background | Augurin or Esophageal cancer‑related gene 4 (ECRG4) is a candidate tumor suppressor gene, which is involved in cell apoptosis, migration, infection and inflammation responsiveness. Its expression level and clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains unclear. Augurin is expressed in multiple endocrine tissues and in regions of the brain, including the hypothalamus. This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with Augurin coupled to a carrier protein. |
