Western Blot using anti-VEGF antibody Ab00339 Rat skin lysate was resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with TA385918 at 1.0 µg/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. The expected band size (27 kDa) is seen along with bands corresponding to dimers.

The mouse IgG1-chimeric version of A.4.6.1 (TA385918) was used to stain samples at a concentration of 5 µg/ml.
