  HEK293T cells were transfected with SH2D2A cDNA. After 48 hours, the cells were detached and fixed with 2% formaldehyde for 30 min, then permeabilized with 0.1% trixon-X100. The cells were then stained with Dylight488 conjugated mouse IgG1 (black line) or Dylight488 conjugated SH2D2A antibodies (red line).
