  Anti-EpCAM mouse monoclonal antibody (TA500056) immunofluorescent staining of HeLa cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY EpCAM (RC201989)

• 

  HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY EpCAM (RC201989, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-EpCAM. Positive lysates LY400847 (100ug) and LC400847 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

• 

  Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from 1 cell line by using anti-EPCAM monoclonal antibody at 1:200.

• 

  Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from a mouse cell line and 3 different mouse tissues by using anti-TACSTD1 monoclonal antibody (1:200).
