HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ILF2 (RC201751, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ILF2. Positive lysates LY401437 (100ug) and LC401437 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

• Background: Nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) is a transcription factor required for T-cell expression of the interleukin 2 gene. NFAT binds to a sequence in the interleukin 2 gene enhancer known as the antigen receptor response element 2.In addition, NFAT can bind RNA and is an essential component for encapsidation and protein priming of hepatitis B viral polymerase.
