HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CD5 (RC206494, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CD5. Positive lysates LY415443 (100ug) and LC415443 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Living HEK293T cells transfected with either RC206494 overexpress plasmid (Red), compared to an IgG isotype control, (Green) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-CD5 antibody (TA802423), and then analyzed by flow cytometry (1:100).

• 

  Flow cytometric analysis of living 50ng/ml IL2-stimulated Jurkat cells, using anti-CD5 antibody (TA802423), (red), compared to an IgG isotype control, (green), and negative control (PBS), (blue) (1:100).
