HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY LTBR (RC204734, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LTBR. Positive lysates LY400841 (100ug) and LC400841 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 ug per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and LTBR-Knockout HeLa cells (KO, Cat# LC811486) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LTBR monoclonal antibody TA805712 (1:100`). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90 antibody as a loading control.

• Background: This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The major ligands of this receptor include lymphotoxin alpha/beta and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14.
