Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with Rabbit. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids and other hydrophobic ligands.
