  The reactivity of the this preparation of two monoclonal antibodies is restricted to polyclonal and monoclonal immunoglobulins of the lambda type, as well as free lambda light chains as tested in direct binding enzyme immunoassay, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation and direct immunoperoxidase staining.

• Reconstitution Method: Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.

• Storage: Store the antibody lyophilized at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
  Diluted ascites should be stored at 2-8°C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day.
  If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation.
  Avoid repeated thawing and freezing.
