Clone Name | NI 335 and NI 343 |
Applications | ELISA, IF, IP, WB |
Recommended Dilution | To identify the presence of IgG in human serum, other body fluids, cell and tissue substrates and to etermine its concentration in techniques as ELISA, indirect mmunoperoxidase staining of ytoplasmic IgG, and immunoblotting using a peroxidase labelled monoclonal antibody against TRITC. General Recommended Dilutions: Histochemical Use: 1/1-1/50. ELISA: from 1/20 upwards. Western blot: from 1/40 upwards. |
Reactivities | Human |
Host | Mouse |
Isotype | IgG1 |
Clonality | Monoclonal |
Immunogen | Highly purified polyclonal IgG isolated from human serum. |
Specificity | The reactivity of the this monoclonal antibody is restricted to isotype specific determinants on the Fc part of IgG. The antiserum reacts with the 4 subclasses of human IgG, as tested in direct binding enzyme immunoassay, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and direct immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic immunoglobulins. The antibody does not react with any other component of the human immunoglobulin system or any other human plasma protein as tested. This antiserum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species. |
Formulation | PBS, pH 7.2 without preservatives and foreign proteins Label: TRITC State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction Label: Tetramethylrhodamine Iothiocyanate Absorption emission: 554 nm / 573 nm Molar radio: Peroxidase/IgG ~1.8 |
Reconstitution Method | Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water |
Concentration | 0.4 mg/ml |
Conjugation | TRITC |
Storage | Store the antibody lyophilized at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Diluted ascites should be stored at 2-8°C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. Avoid repeated thawing and freezing. |
