The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to determinants on the Secretory component as tested in Haemagglutination, Haemagglutination Inhibition, Indirect Binding Enzyme Immunoassay, Competitive Inhibition Enzyme Immunoassay, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation, Latex Agglutination Assay and Histochemistry (1). |
