By ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis this antibody specifically reacts with IgG2c in C57BL/6, SJL, C57BL/10, CB20, C57BL/6 by Balb/C crosses and pools of serum of outbred mice and does not react with L-chains or other IgG subclasses.
