This antibody is useful when identifying lymphomas, plasmacytomas, and B-cell lineage derived Hodgkin's lymphomas. Due to the restricted expression of heavy and light chains in these diseases, demonstration of B-cell lymphomas is possible with clonal gene rearrangement studies.
