• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
  This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:44,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

• Formulation: 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0, with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer.
